Portfolio companies typically have the following characteristics:

• Straightforward businesses with experienced management teams
• Solid track records with steady free cash flow
• Sound capital structures
• Sufficient scale to withstand economic cycles and competitive shocks

We seek to invest a minimum of $20 million and a maximum of $50 million per transaction and can underwrite larger amounts if required.
