Mike joined TD Capital in 2002. Prior to joining TD Capital, Mike worked for Scotia Capital Inc. in Institutional Equities where he managed the firm's proprietary investments in convertible debentures and provided institutional clients with sales, trading and research coverage relating to convertible debentures. Prior to joining the Institutional Equities group, Mike was in the Corporate Finance Department of Scotia Capital where he assisted in the structuring, marketing and issuance of various public equity and debt securities. Mike received his MBA with High Honours from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his B.A. (Honours) from Queen's University.
