Tom joined TD Capital in 2000. Previously Tom was with CIBC World Markets where he worked for 20 years specializing in complex credits and restructuring. From 1995 until joining TD Capital, Tom was a Managing Director with CIBC Capital Partners where he specialized in mezzanine lending and private equity investments. Prior to joining CIBC Capital Partners, Mr. Rashotte held various positions within CIBC, including Managing Director of Loan Underwriting and Syndication. Tom received his MBA in Finance from York University and his B.A. (Honours) from Carleton University.
