Overview

TD Capital Private Equity Investors ("TD Capital") is the independent private equity fund of funds and co-investment arm of TD Bank Financial Group, one of North America's leading financial institutions. TD Capital has been investing globally in private equity since 1969 and has invested in more than 200 buyout, venture capital, mezzanine and special situations funds and direct co-investments with more than 70 leading private equity fund sponsors. TD Capital's 36-person team is located in Toronto, Canada and London, UK.

TD Capital's private equity program builds on its successful thirty-nine year track record of global private equity investing in the United States and Canada (since 1969), in Europe (since 1987) and in Australia/Asia (since 1996). TD Capital focuses on buyout and venture capital fund investments and co-investments, and also has an allocation to secondary investments.

TD Capital currently manages over $2.5 billion in private equity commitments through three global fund of funds and a series of separately managed accounts with customized investment strategies tailored to meet the needs of individual institutional investors.
