Based in Toronto and London, TD Capital's 36-person team focuses exclusively on sourcing, selecting, evaluating, structuring, managing, monitoring and reporting on private equity fund investments and co-investments. The 14 investment professionals (the "Investment Team") benefit from TD Capital's institutional experience and long-standing Fund Sponsor relationships and have gained extensive private equity experience through their own investment activities. TD Capital devotes significant resources to the financial management and administration of its investment program: the Investment Team is supported by an experienced team focused on TD Capital's finance, accounting, tax, investor relations and reporting activities and by a team of administrative support staff and desktop publishing specialists. In addition, TD Capital leverages the substantial "shared services" resources of TDBFG with respect to its human resources, finance, in-house legal, compliance and information technology needs.
