Michael Flood, Managing Director Mr. Flood joined TD Capital in 2001. He has over four years of
experience in the private equity industry. Prior to joining TD
Capital, Mr. Flood worked as an Associate at Harrowston Inc., a
publicly traded buyout group, where he was involved in building two of
its platform companies, as well as assessing and investing in a number
of new investment initiatives. Previously, Mr. Flood worked at Royal
Bank Capital Partners, the private equity group of the Royal Bank of
Canada.
