Virginia Perry, Associate Virginia
Perry joined TD Capital in 2006. Prior to joining TD Capital,
Ms. Perry worked in the investment banking division
of Lazard Ltd. in Toronto, where she focused on cross-border
mergers and acquisitions and restructuring advisory assignments across
a broad range of industries. Previously, Ms. Perry also worked
in an engineering role for a Toronto-based consulting firm.
