Mr. Waugh joined TD Capital in 2002. Prior to joining TD Capital, Mr. Waugh was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company where he specialized in corporate finance and strategy, private equity and alternative asset management, advising global financial institutions and institutional investors.  Previously, Mr. Waugh was an Executive Vice President with BPI Asset Management, a publicly-traded investment management firm, and a corporate/securities lawyer with McCarthy Tetrault where he advised clients, including TD Capital, on private equity, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Waugh received his LLB (Honours) from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and his B.A. (Chancellor's Medal) from Trinity College, University of Toronto.
